Tyrolean style is presented more than just visually when dining here at Graberwirt. Great importance is also placed on the use of local Tyrolean products in the kitchen. This avoids long delivery times and packaging and protects our environment.

You can taste creativity and quality here. With great skill and a lot of imagination, chef Hans and his daughter Sonja prepare only the freshest food to create mouth-watering, home-style dishes and international cuisine. Vegetarians can also look forward to delicious variety. 

Everything is cooked to perfection and served by daughters Anita and Eva. To accompany your meal, we offer fine wines from our wine cellar.

As a guest at the Garberwirt, you can enjoy our gourmet board with vitalizing breakfast buffet and multi-course dinner menu. Of course, you also have the opportunity to dine à la carte in our restaurant. Our kitchen team places great importance on sustainability. 

For you, this means that whenever possible, we use only the freshest products from our region. We also always try to serve specialties that are in season. We invite you to join us for a fondue evening in winter and a barbecue night in summer.
