Biking in the Zillertal

Over 800 km of well-developed bike and cycle routes await sporty vacationers in the Zillertal. The Zillertal Cycle Trail, for example, is an excellent way to explore the valley from the saddle of a bike. With around 30 kilometers and only a few meters in altitude, the route is also ideal for families. The Zillertalbahn is a convenient way to return. A special highlight in summer is a ride on the 119-year-old steam train, which exudes nostalgia and a touch of charming flair on its route.
